Our Policies

  • If a baseball or fastpitch event is cancelled due to lack of participation then there will be a 100% refund to all teams.
  •  If during a fastpitch event a team plays 2 games then there will be a XX.XX refund to that team.
  • If during a fastpitch event a team plays only 1 game then there will be a XX.XX refund to that team.
  • If during a baseball event a team plays 2 games then there will be a 50.00 refund to that team.
  • If during a baseball event a team plays only 1 game then there will be a 150.00 refund to that team.
  • If a team enters a baseball or fastpitch event, then drops out at least 7 days prior to the start of the event, the team will be refunded the full entry fee less a $100.00 director fee.(excludes States and NITs).
  • If a team enters a baseball or fastpitch event and then drops out less than 7 days prior to the event, there will be NO refund.  (State and NITs require 14 days notification).  If the entry fee is not paid—that team will not be allowed to play in any other events until it is paid in full.
  • All teams must register for an event by clicking on the particular event selected and by clicking on the submit button , the Team agrees to all terms of the event, such as rules, gate fees, field dimensions, etc.
  • Payment - All entry Fees must be received by the Cutoff date which is (7) days prior to the Start date otherwise your entry is not official until your payment is received.
  • Removing your team from an event - both an official email & call by Team Manager to the director must be received by the Saturday evening by 6:00 PM (7) days prior to the start of the event. (14 days for State and NIT).
  • Game times - will be posted no later than Wednesday evening of the upcoming event, director reserves the right to change game times afterward due to scheduling error, weather, location changes,  etc.  Please check our web site: www.roanokeusssa.com site on Friday for any and all changes.
  • Start times - expect to possibly start as early as 8:00 AM on either Saturday or Sunday due to the number of teams in the event, locations or weather.
  • Special Requests - keep in mind teams traveling further than others will take preference as far as 1st game time start on Saturday, but we will try to honor all request if all possible but they will be honored by 1st come 1st serve basis and must be submitted to the director via email only, otherwise any request after the cutoff date may not be honored.  Requests are NOT guaranteed!
